​GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Larry Pascale Music is committed to bringing our customers fast, reliable shipping. Our goal is to safely and securely ship your order with the least amount of wait time possible. However, depending on sales volume or purchase quantities, orders may be delayed 1- 5 business days before shipping. Third party fulfillment orders may be delayed up to 15 days. Most orders are fulfilled immediately and shipped in a timely manner. However, we do encounter shipping delays from time to time that are beyond our control. 

**Please note, we do not guarantee arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit shipping charges for any shipments. Larry Pascale Music is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by shipping carriers.**

All payment methods allow for shipping to another address except American Express. Your shipping and billing address must match to use American Express for payment.

All shipments are delivered using United States Postal Service. Third party fulfillments are shipped according to their individual policies.

Larry Pascale Music can ship to any P.O. Box address that is within USPS jurisdiction only.

​Larry Pascale Music does not ship any orders COD. 

Puerto Rico is NOT eligible for shipment of our products.

SHIPPING COST

Larry Pascale Music provides low cost shipping for all orders within the continental US. For larger orders exceeding the minimum weight requirements, additional shipping fees will be added. 

SHIPPING METHOD

For fast and reliable shipping, we exclusively ship through USPS. Currently, the only shipping method available at checkout is USPS. 

Orders received before 12pm ET (Mon-Fri) are usually shipped the same day or next day, however we do reserve the right to take up to 1-4 business days to process your order before shipping out. The delivery times stated only reflect the transit time and do not include the order processing time. Please note, USPS does not deliver on Sundays and national holidays. Larry Pascale Music does not ship on Saturday or Sunday and experience the same delays as the postal service does during holiday seasons.

We ship responsibly and discreetly. We package all our orders in either discreet plain brown boxes or standard white bubble packaging for smaller items. For more information on what your package will look like please contact us. If the order is particularly fragile, we may use stickers indicating FRAGILE. 

​USPS will deliver to every address in the United States including PO Box, APO/FPO.

USPS Priority Parcels

​USPS Priority mailing is a premium, fast and reliable shipping method that averages 1-3 days for deliveries made every day except Sunday.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Orders do not ship on holidays. Any orders placed on the days listed below will not ship out until the next business day. Please allow additional time for deliveries during the busiest holidays.

​THIRD PARTY SHIPPING

Larry Pascale Music may use third party shipping for certain product or items such as our apparel and brand collections. Because some of our products are a print on demand service, delivery times are calculated based on the third party entity fulfilling your order. Larry Pascale Music has no control over the fulfillment process of our third party providers. Each order taken is fulfilled and shipped as efficiently and as fast as possible.

Larry Pascale uses PayPal to accept credit card payments safely and securely for our customers.

PayPal’s approach to security is designed to protect our customers. To protect PayPal customers, all information entered by our customers has been encrypted and submitted to our servers securely.

PayPal meets Level 1 PCI Data Security Standards. As per PayPal Terms, Security Policy and Privacy Policy, Larry Pascale Music will never sell information to third party vendors.

• Sensitive data is encrypted using industry-standard methods when stored on disk or transmitted over public networks.

• Only standard, well-reviewed cryptographic protocols and message formats (such as SSL and PGP) are used when transferring data.

• Card-processing systems adhere to PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), Level 1.

• Card numbers, magnetic stripe data, and security codes are not stored.

• Web development follows industry-standard secure coding guidelines, such as those recommended by OWASP.

• Card-processing applications adhere to the PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), Level 1.

Third Party Services

WIX Services​

Larry Pascale uses WIX, a leading cloud-based development platform, for designing or re-designing our client's websites and digital marketing platform. Our billable services for website design and build DOES NOT include the cost of the WIX yearly hosting plan, WIX upgrades to hosting plans, domain name purchases or yearly domain name fees, add-on apps, or any costs associated with a third-party to add to your website platform. These purchases must be made by the WIX account holder using a valid payment method kept on file. Larry Pascale Music DOES NOT have access to financial information within your WIX account. The personal information and data the Buyer provides to WIX is encrypted and secured by WIX. Any accounts derived with WIX are in agreement between the Buyer and the WIX terms of use and WIX privacy policy. 

​PayPal Services

Credit Card Payments

Larry Pascale Music uses a third-party invoice payment processing service via PayPal Business. Invoices are emailed to the Buyer and payments can be made directly to Larry Pascale Music with all major credit cards and debit cards. Larry Pascale Music does not have access to your credit card information and does not accept credit card information over the phone or via other forms of communication such as email or text messaging. Each Buyer is responsible for providing financial information to PayPal to pay for our products and services; and, the responsibility of protecting the sensitivity of credit card or debit card account information.

PayPal is responsible for the security of Cardholder Data that is collected, transmitted, stored, or processed on your behalf. “Cardholder Data” is defined as being the cardholder’s primary account number, a full unmasked card number is present, any of the cardholder name, expiration date, and/or service code. PayPal has developed strict security features to protect Cardholder Data, and as such it is required that this data only be used in anticipated ways and stored in appropriate places.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING CARDHOLDER DATA INTO ANY FORM OR DATA ENTRY FIELDS IN THE PAYPAL APPS, EXCEPT INTO THOSE FIELDS INTENDED SOLELY FOR THAT PURPOSE (i.e. where PayPal explicitly requests such data be entered into such fields). Appropriate fields are clearly marked with labels such as ‘Card number’ or by having a credit card icon precede them.

For clarity, it is not permissible to store cardholder data in fields with labels such as ‘memo’ or ‘note’. Similarly, excluding payment forms, you must never enter CVV2 data into any fields in the PayPal Apps. You assume all responsibility for any cardholder data entered into the PayPal Apps in violation of this Agreement.

• The credit card information supplied is true, correct and complete.

• Charges incurred by the Buyer will be honored by the Buyer's credit card Service Provider.

• Buyer will indemnify Service Provider for any credit card charge-back filed by or on behalf of the Buyer.

• Buyer understands that in the event a credit card charge-back is filed, Buyers account will be placed with a third party collection agency.

• Buyer shall pay charges incurred by Buyer at the amounts in effect at the time incurred, including all applicable taxes, collection fees, interest and any additional fee incurred by the Service Provider in the attempt to collect upon Buyer’s debt.

Also, you are responsible for​: 

• all information to be true and accurate.

• charges incurred by your credit card.

• third party collections.

• any other applicable fees incurred that we may incur while collecting a debt from you.
